Kicker has been growing rapidly. It's a good thing. But like any other small business, the challenge is filling your bench and looking for a couple of stars to mix in to the lineup. Since last spring (which was incidentally the last time we posted a blog entry - i know, i know...) our in house team has been trying very hard to keep all the balls in the air -- because work keeps coming in and we have been kinda picky when it comes to new talent. Kicker isn't a training shop. So we need experienced, creative people to add to our team. If applicants don't have a reel, no return emails. No references? No thanks. We're proud of our work and even more thrilled for the constant flow of return clients.
And here's the Kicker. We just moved into a new studio and so we have a lot more room for talent. If you know of an experienced designer, a project manager, a sales whiz or an expert coffee grinder - have them apply on our Careers page. We are looking for stars as we enter another winter here in Calgary.
